I uninstalled Vortex and reinstalled it. I finally found the staging folder and manually deleted all the mods.
I don't have a huge list of warnings anymore and am about to launch the game to see if the mods work.

I didn't know about the staging folder and stuff and it took me a while to figure out the right search phrase to find my answer.

So the game starts but I'm getting the "achievements disabled" warning even though I installed the achievement enabler mod.
All I'm doing is the extended script and some UI stuff like the health bar and inventory.
Just some simple QoL stuff.
So apparently some of the mods are working but I don't want to lose out on achievements just because I want a better inventory management.

That might not be your choice to make lol. I am not sure what mods disable achievements to be honest
