Seamless coop starting copy

I had a question, I recently downloaded seamless coop and I wanted to know how to make a copy of my game, and paste it into the mod since I don't know how to do it and there are no instructions either, when I open the elden ring it opens my old game and when I open it from the executable of the mod, it tells me to start from 0
