how do i deal with a modder who scammed me?

So a modder has recently taken a hefty donation from myself and some of my tribe members… to add to our existing dragon mod. We’re also helping this same
Modder raise money for a pc. She’s taken the money, removed the mod…and is now claiming she never received any pay ….what do I do?
