1.After Installing Vortex, I went to Games tab, Typed in starfield and moved it to Managed tab.
2.In the Extensions tab I see that Starfield is Enabled. I Restart Vortex to make sure it's installed properly.
3.Next I go to the Nexus Mods Website to download the Upscaler Base Plugin zip file using the Mod Manager Download.

The Mod shows that it finished downloading in the downloads menu in Vortex.

I press Install, and nothing happens. I right click install, nothing happens. I press unpack as is, nothing happens.

I right click Open, and it opens up the zip file for me to manually extract and install it manually. I don't want to install mods manually, I want to use Vortex, that's the whole point of the mod manager, to make things easier. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I go back to the Games tab, under managed, I see Starfield I right click open Mod folder, and it takes me to where the game is installed in the Steam apps, common folder.

I go back to the Downloads tab, On the top left where it says Open Folder, I press it and it takes me to Vortex>downloads>starfield > This folder is empty.
