harsh estuary
I can't drop these <no name> items since they just disappear and thus I can't find out which mod those are from, and whenever I pick them up, it raises my max hp to op levels which ruins my immersion, I'm hoping that someone knows a way to find what mod they belong to just by using console commands with it still being in the pip boy, or if anyone can recognize the hp increasing effects from a mod since I'd much rather get rid of that item all together so I don't accidentally take it and don't realize it further into the game again
