help vortex being annoying

why does vortex randomly pause my collection pack when its installing im trying to install immersive & epic realms of nirn but it keeps randomly pausing how do i fix this

hi im having the same issue , vortex download 2-5 mods then install em "even tho i disabled install after download" then the download\install will be stuck at "downloading pending\install pending" forever
