Mod only works on new save. any ways to get it working on old save/transfer progress from old to new

I started my current save unknowingly with a auto harvest mod (Smart Harvest SE) broken due to load orders. After I fixed the load order, will the AH mod not work with my current save, and only work with new saves.

Is there a way for me to get it working again on my current save, or alternatively, transfer my quests, items, skills, etc, over to my new save?
