and where fo4 mods it says nv folder

and where nv mods it says fo4 folder

Ok, so this is saying "hey, these mods aren't in my staging folder anymore" as they looks like FNV mods I think that's what you wanted

So you want to apply those changes

So if you apply those changes it should remove all the NV mods from "Fallout 4" inside the app

You may also get a prompt about FNV itself
