Not sure what the approach here was intended to be, but shouldn't PAS want people to be able to access and enjoy new content? I spent 2 hours trying to farm 2nd act fragment and gave up, let alone all the others.
I don't think we should be handed the new fight on a silver platter but this is very disprespectful of peoples time.
#Architect of Ruin fragments are WAY too rare.
