Buff Companions speed (Collecting pet)

Hello I've Farmed for multiple hundreds hours and notice something quite annoying. The Companion is slow, terribly so.
So I though of 3 thing that can help it :

1. Friend lover charm:
   Those charm buff the companion speed by 5-20% for small charm, 10-50% for medium charm, 20 - 100% for a grand charm.
   Will you sacrifice speed and damage to give that speed to your favorite ressource collector?
2. The Hoarding set :
   This set will contain ring and a carrot on a stick,
   The stick grant + arcane damage to skills and movement speed
   The ring will grand + 5-20 % Summon movement speed and 5-20% Companion movement speed
   The set effect grant 200% companion movement speed and 20% that enemy killed drop 10 gold.
3. The Whip:
   Simply the best way for melee to boost it , it's a whip (mace weapon) that grant 1% companion speed per attack up to 100% for 20 seconds.

If you don't like my idea, please tell me how would YOU like to see it buff.

I don't think we should be sacrificing DPS and itemization to pick up simple collectables that should be picked by your companion. The companion, with the removal of magnet, should be collecting everything you leave behind. This is horrible compromise to something that should just be optimized. Multiple games do it fine as a qol where pets collect all resources effectively without making it a responsibility of the player.

Well I never excluded the fact it could simply get buffed, but I think there is a reason on "why" the pet don't auto collect everything immediately.
That's why I offer a suggestion to buff them with the possibility to reduce the in game DPS for faster collect cause ; less DPS = less kill = less loot = less lag on the server.
