I would suggest:
- Add more HC players to beta testing.
- Make the content rewardable to the point that it feels you're accomplishing something. Example: dungeon chests are beyond horrible drop rates, same as target farming for boss rings, chaos towers, etc. (This is related to point 8).
- DEVS SHOULD TEST BUILDS WITH REGULAR GEAR AND DIFFERENT SKILL TREES (This is very important since the game seems to be balanced around super high end gear, which for HC difficulty is close to impossible to get, trying regular obtainable builds to ubers or higher hell difficulties would help to balance itemization and mob damage better).
- Remove china from global trade ¿? this was a good suggestion.
- Make SC deaths a little bit more punishable (let’s say they would lose -1 to all relics every death, this would motivate players not to die extremely often, improving the quality of the overall game).
- Remove rolls from angelic items and improve them by a substantial amount (even if angelic drop is decreased even more). This is important because most angelics in the game, especially old ones, such as: Fury of tarethiel, soloyolo bow, amethiel’s truth, pigstick, and some others are really bad and it feels awful to drop an angelic just to be one of those.
- Two or more Satanic zones spawn at the same time (this way players have more chances to look for other buffs - debuffs or maps that are more comfortable for them to farm) – maybe reducing the time a SZ changes would also help.
- Quest or a pity system on Key dungeons: Let’s say if you do 10 or 15 keyed dungeons you’re guaranteed a SS tier (NO ANGELICS) this would still motivate people to farm satanic zones to find keys.
- Fix mob damage scaling from hell 1 to hell 5, mobs do so much damage that resistances seem like they’re worthless.
