Old Man Earl is the OG crew member of the Riptide Pirates, other than Albatrio ofc. As the earliest NPC to join the party, he's had a lot of strange moments and developments. Despite this, he doesn't have a lot of presence on the JRWI wiki. I wanted to ask around here for any information people have on him, or moments you just really enjoyed that involved him!

Two things I think about a lot are his really strange story about his wife that ended as a your mom joke during the black and white mystery bit from the Finding Family arc and him getting frozen in ice repeatedly by Gillion
wind pawn
a creature of infinite power. the slapstick god. he could survive an anvil falling on his head or a nuke exploding in his hand. the only requirement is for the bit to be funny, and he will be fine as soon as it's over. truly a mystery that we cannot solve with our human minds.
