I believe I have seen something, potentially a tweet, where Mr Bizly "The GM" Bizly references Le Frog being French, however he specifies that Le Frog became French, rather than was born French. Colleagues, I ask this of you. Can anyone else find this evidence? Additionally, what is the nature of the incident of Le Frog becoming French? Who was he before this?

Unfortunately, tho I do not know much about the lore when it comes to pd, I believe there was a clip of Bizly Channel saying that he, and I quote “is another planet’s French equivalent”…
I may be wrong in my memory, and if I am I do deeply apologize. I hope this helps!

While I do not claim to be an expert on the intricacies of one Le Frog's lore, I was always under the personal belief that he was pretending to be French. LARPing, if you will. I have also heard talk that there is some moment in Prime Defenders where it is confirmed that, in that universe, France is its own planet. However I do not remember such moment myself. It is also possible that this "canon fact" may just be a comedic bit.
Le Frog certainly is an enigma. Please do let me know if you find a definitive answer.
