Potential for Homosexual Relations in "Prime Defenders" The Fall

I hope you have been well since my last correspondence. Today's thread is in regard specifically to Season 2 Episode 14 of Prime Defenders, where William Wisp rolls a 10 and fails to gain tangiballs and kiss Virion "Vyncent" Sol.

I recall it being mentioned at some point that if this kiss had occurred, so-called "Ghostknife" would have been unrequited as a result. This is firmly cemented in my brain as a memory, however neither I nor any of my other colleagues I have discussed this with are able to find evidence.

I pray that this does not end up in the same territory as Mark "Wavelength" Winters PhD.

As i remember it in the Season 2 Episode 14 rolled, Condi Condifiction mentioned that if the kiss had occured "that would have been the catalyst".

It isnt directly said that it would have been unrequited. What i persume you think, is the time when Condi Ficiton mentioned that he likes the idea of Ghostknife being unrequited (i have to regrettably say that i do not remember where it was said but it has been said by him)

My conclusion is that you just mixed the two occourances together and now think that thats what hapend, but it did not. Get well soon.

I have thoroughly read through your question and have decided that I've come to an adequate answer to your question regarding "Ghostknife" and whether it has been stated if it was requited from player character Virion "Vyncent" Sol of Prime Defenders. I do believe it has been stated that it was unrequited in a early season 2 of Prime Defenders Just Rolled With It post.

Whether this still applies after the contents of the episodes involving the "Belltech Incident" I am unsure of as lots of new information has to be considered.

As delegate Nimetu Koi previously mentioned, I too recall Condi mentioning that he likes the idea of unrequited Ghostknife, however cannot find a source either. It may have come from his alternate Twitter account that no longer exists.

Either way, I would like to add my own insight, if it pleases the masses. With Vyncents oblivious nature, whether he likes William back feels like the biggest mystery William will ever be facing in his unlife. However, paired with a seemingly lack of romantic pursuit or interest towards William, I personally believe that Ghostknife has been one-sided and unrequited for a long time.

Additionally, with the recent revelation in Season 2 Episode 40 that (spoilers)||Vyncent has left for the Prime Academy as a way to find and discover more about himself||, I believe that rejecting William would better allow him to achieve this, and help both of them grow. Yet, as it is with most Tabletop Roleplay Games (TTRPGs), characters continue develop and change as the story progresses. Plus, we still have an entire season to go. Who is to say what the future holds for our disaster bisexual and oblivious purple guy?

That being said, I would like to mention that there have been previously implied Homosexual Relations, particularly between Pencilman and Le Frog in the 80s. I am unsure what this means for the story.

I am a huge enjoyer of the Prime Defenders series and I am eager to see further discussion into its characters.
