Absolutely no RMT is to be handled when either requesting a preset or making one. If someone is requesting money or gold in exchange for a preset, please submit a #old-support-tickets and let us know. This is against both the Amazon and Smilegate Terms of Service.
Presets are made by community members or found online and adapted
Only post presets, any questions or discussions should happen in the #gallery-discussion
Let's not try and discourage others from being creative with something they enjoy even if you do not enjoy it.
Preset sharing guidelines
Every preset post must contain the following:
- Class name.
- Close up photo of the face.
- A valid preset file.
- Preset file taken from inven or other game versions should be adapted to the EU/NA version and must have screenshot(s) from the EU/NA version including a link to the author. Same goes for any preset what was taken somewhere. Please add link to the author.
- Close up from either the right or left side.
- A screenshot with proper lighting.
- For best result, provide your screen brightness at the time when the screenshot was taken.
If your post does not contain the above, you risk having it removed as it will be considered as incomplete. So take your time, there's no rush.
Stream Sharing

• Shilling for followers/subscriptions
• Spamming unrelated stream links
• Crying and complaining about someone else's stream
• Being stupid
Do not have conversations in this channel.
Do not ask for the Content Creator role. It is no longer available.
This channel has a 12 hour slowmode. Attempting to bypass the slowmode by using a secondary account will result in a permanent ban that can't be appealed and your stream will be added to the filter so it can never be posted again. If these rules get constantly broken and people are incapable of reading, this channel will be removed under the "Can't have nice things" policy. Don't be dumb.
