Next time in area Kukae Maka and dream spawn are back. Trophy on her corpse.

I have noticed a few Xaurips in the region respawn as well, might be related.

Came across the same thing. Sent in a bug report. I had 2 trophies on me and cannot turn the quest in at all.

I was able to turn in her bounty a second time and get the reward for completely all the bounties twice but I did not have them in my inventory at the same time
