I am on the last step of the quest, I killed the traitor and it says to speak to the captain. I'm not sure if this is related to the city being attacked as her responses seem to be related to it.

Is anyone else having this issue or found a fix? Am I just missing something?

@gusty wolf which platform are you playing on? If you're able to send us your save file and/or start a ticket, I'd love to dig in more to see how the game got stuck in that state.

If I had to guess its something related to what ever triggers the city being attacked. I was doing the quest, fought the traitor and then it wouldn't let me fast travel so I ran back to town and saw all of the bodies and then had the dialogue with the captured soldier and the governor. I don't know if this quest is what triggers it or if something else I had done triggered it. After finishing that the only things the ranger captain will say are related to the attack. I tried progressing to the next zone to see if that would fix anything, slept in my camp a few times, triggered new dreams and still nothing.

Actually, it appears that the team did find this and has a fix set for the next patch, we'll try to get that out asap. Unfortunately we don't have a workaround for this one until the patch is released. So sorry about that.

Nailed it. That's what our internal report says as well. It's only if you progress to that objective, and then advance the crit path.

Thanks for the info. I will wait for the next patch as the weapon reward from this quest is what I plan to use for a while. xD Is there any ETA on the patch? Will it be with the full launch?
