I dont think you(or many people posting here) understand. People looking for teammates see like 20 posts. If they hop in dm for each that will take like 30 min to check each. As opposed to 5 min.

You want them to spend 6000 minutes? Or 600 to check potential teammates out?

I dont know why is it hard to grasp such a simple concept
