Camera2d issues

I’m having problems wit camera 2d please help guys

1. I would suggest you record videos or Screenshots directly on the PC using simething like OBS (is absolutely not difficult if you just need a simple screen recording), not filming the screen.
2. Now to the actual problem: this probably has something to do with the parallax background, that it also has the parallax effect enabled on vertical camera movement, not just horizontal.
3. Something weird i realised: when you add the camera to the character and launch the game, the camera doesn't seem to be centered on the character anymore. So that sounds to me like there is something more you're doing to the camera.
