#Exported variables problem

i'm not that experienced when it comes to C#, but isn't the thing with private variables that they can only be accessed by the object they belong to?
so you can't just access the BossHealth variable from another object, even when it shares the same script. that should at least explain it when it comes to the variable circled in blue.

could be that this is compleatly unrelated when i think about it.
