#2D pixel art sprite imported to godot 3D scene

I have 2D pixel art sprite on 3D scene as a character(Sprite3D), but for some reason, it's not displaying properly, is there a way to fix that?

Looks like an issue with compression perhaps. Try going to the image Import settings and setting the Compress mode to Lossless?
