#where to start learning

2D is definetly easier than 3D I would say. Event in 3D you still use the 2D editor for UI.
I would suggest a Tutorial series on Youtube, the documentation only really helps once you're familiar with the editor interface. But once you know your way around the editor, you can try to learn using the documentation, and only look up tutorials if you can't figure it out yourself.
Brackeys is a very popular creator that Made a couple in depth Tutorials on the basics.

I haven't learnt with them myself though so i can't really judge the quality.

I recommend u learn code GDSCRIPT
Brackeys tutorials are good for begginer because it doesn't over complicate stuff. yes when you get better you may find that the approaches can be made more flexible and whatever but that is beyond the point of someone trying to learn complex things. so I recommend his tutorials as starting point over many youtubers that try to push complex content on "begginer" level tutorials
okay, thanks you very much
