#Scene "corrupted", but game start normally?

A weird issue that I have been having for some time is that, for seemingly no reason, after a re-start of my Computer, opening my project displays that one my scenes is being "invalid / corrupted".
Trying to open the scene gives me the same error message.
However, if I playtest the game, nothing seems out of ordinary.
If I then close Godot, and then re-open my project, the error message disappears and the scene can be opened normally.
How and why the problem re-appears, I have no clue, but it has been going on for weeks now, and it feels like a problem that could escalate unless I deal with it now.
As such I have created this thread to ask:

  • why is this happening?
  • what can I do remove it permanently?
    Additional Information:
  • It is always the same scene.
  • It seems to happen only after a restart of my computer.
