There was an incident earlier today as discussed in #accessibility wherein a minor who did not want to see NSFW content perhaps accidentally gained access to it.
This is potentially hazardous to the server's standing.
Edit: I believe I was mistaken on the guidelines on this last point, but it is still not good.
When I said "perhaps accidentally" I do not mean "perhaps did and maybe it was accidental" I mean "DID and was perhaps accidental"

In order to access the NSFW channel you have to manually choose for it to show up in your channel list, then when you try to enter for the first time you have to click to say that you are over 18. I don't see how this can be done accidentally.
If someone did manage to gain access accidentally then they could simply remove the channel from their channel list again.
If you don't think this is sufficient then please do give any other suggestions because short of people having to ask a mod for permissions to the channel (which puts a huge extra overhead on mods and we stll have no way of actually proving age) then I don't think there is much else we can do

Yea, these people always, always, pick the role, then click "yes, I want to see the NSFW" they complain like little caricature cartoon monks
There's nothing more to do than this, we aren't gonna ask people's IDs
If anyone has morals like a last century Victorian noble, they can go clutch their pearls elsewhere, no one's chaining them to this discord
