#How to trim audio file

I want to trim my audio file for clicking a button, I looked it up and it said, "Import options (WAV) Force > 8 Bit Force > Mono Force > Max Rate Edit > Trim" so I tried that but it wouldn't let me change the 8 bit force and so on. Is there something I'm missing? I'm a beginner btw.

You need to select the file in the FileSystem tab, then look at the Import tab to find the options you're looking for.

Press the Reimport button at the bottom of the Import tab once you've set it up.
