#Imported Blender model is Incorrectly Offset

I followed the tutorial How to make FPS animations in Blender for Godot 4.1. I'm 99% sure I did everything he did. I'm not sure what I could have done wrong...

As you can see in the image below, there is a incorrect offset when I import this armature animation into Godot but it's totally fine in Blender.

I have tried exporting this to FBX and GLTF and both produce same issue.
