#Can't animate rotation on bones

For some reason when I try to rotate a bone and save it as an animation key the animation doesn't seem to keep that.

Changing the scale of the bone is working just fine, but rotation just goes back to the default for whatever reason.

I attached a gif showing the issue. Anyone have an idea what's going on with that?
