I didnt even think about height but thats clearly the best way to do it, I was gonna go with perlin worm or whatever

How do you plan to handle it when tilemaps get MASSIVE, cause in my experiments when it got big godot straight up just crashed when I zoomed out (fixed by generating a simplified tilemap and LODing it)
