#Broken Lighting only at runtime

theres no negative scale or any other wrong setting i can see, so it must be something to do with the lighting setup

The mesh is not modified on start, and the lighting is only broken when playing. I dont have any GI node in the scene, only a simple environment and directional light. Is this an engine bug or something wrong with my configuraiton?
