Aspect Heroes is a turn-based strategy game with a rich narrative and a new mixture of unique battle mechanics.
In a war-torn world of animalistic demigods, choose between 10 heroes to battle against the relentless Dragon forces. As you complete each hero campaign, you uncover more of the story from their perspective. Are you done with the campaign, do you want to test each hero’s limits, or just want a more procedural experience? Try infinite mode.
Battles are broken into turns and waves. While stationary on the battle grid, you can use the heroes' five unique abilities against procedurally spawning enemies until out of action points. Each remaining enemy then spends their own action points to close the distance or attack from afar. The wave is considered complete when all enemies are defeated. On wave end, you’re able to upgrade an ability from a random selection provided, receive a stat bonus, or summon an ally to help in battle. In story mode each battle has a set number of waves and enemies. In infinite mode, each wave becomes more difficult indefinitely!
When a battle is complete, collect drops from a loot pool specific to each enemy. You can use these materials and runes to forge powerful equipment for the hero. Each forged gear has a wide RNG range and is attributed to an Aspect. Complete Aspect sets for extra powerful bonuses!
