Here is a video of my code and setup and well as what happens when the game is played. Also If I turn off the box collision then the car will just fall through the floor
Hi sorry for bothering you, I have same problem like you and it seems like we follow the same tutorial. My car doesn't move forward or back but the steering is working. Have you been able to solve this problem? Thanks

In this Godot 4 3D tutorial we’ll be taking a look at the vehicle body node in Godot and exploring how it can help us create a complete racecar controller for a Godot racing game. This tutorial will include an overview of the settings for both VehicleBody and VehicleWheel nodes that can help you tune you car and suspension to your liking, as wel...
I'm following that tutorial and also follow this too https://youtu.be/zXLpitpFC6E?si=XyfCdw9GbW_72qWM Code from both tutorials is almost same using steering and engine_force, also same issues that the car wheels stuck on the ground. The difference is I didn't get the suspension work from this tutorial
This is a super quick tutorial on using the awesome VehicleBody and VehicleWheel nodes in Godot.

Thank you so much for your reply but I'm sorry I don't really understand when someone speak English. If you don't mind can you show me what you have done?
I have a working ( moving car ) but a few issues with it as of now in godot 4, I also have a working godot 3 verison car but it can't go up steep angles
sure
Is there any problem with collision or VehicleBody3D
I could show you a few ways I have tried to fix these problems over screenshots or sharing my screen in a voice call, (which you would not have to talk in if you did the voice call)
what do you mean?
like problems that I still have?
or problems I had before?
Oh sorry I mean I thought the VehicleBody3D in Godot 4 seems buggy that cause the problem.
Sure
I think it may be the Wheel3d nodes and not the body 3d but yes there is problems with the system as a whole
But idk where is the voice channel? I just join this server yesterday
well the voice channel would be on the left side bar where the other chats are or I could add you as a friend and call you that way
Ahh I see
you are new to godot?
Yes I'm beginner
have you made games before godot?
But I've been learn Unity before
I did
Oh ok so you kinda how things work
I'm following 2D tutorial
this is my first time following 3D tuts

oh I see
scale of wheel3d node should be 1 and mesh can be anything
radius changes how big wheels are
but scale is always 1
ohhh ok ok
