Are you ready to jump into the world of game development and contribute to an exhilarating 3D FPS platformer? Look no further! I'm in the process of creating an exciting game and I need your expertise to make it a reality. While I'm relatively new to Godot, I've been immersed in the platform for four months and have a fundamental understanding of its workings, continuously learning and improving.

Opportunities Available:

Artistic Visionary:
Are you passionate about shaping a game's visual identity? Join me in defining the game's aesthetic, environments, characters, and overall artistic direction. Let's breathe life into this virtual world and make it truly captivating!

Programmer:
Do you excel at refining existing code and optimizing performance, especially within Godot 4? I'm looking for individuals who can enhance the gameplay experience and ensure seamless functionality. I'm currently using GD Script, but I'm eager to learn from your expertise and adapt to new approaches.

About the Game:
The game is inspired by "Getting Over It" and incorporates rocket jumping mechanics reminiscent of Team Fortress 2. My motivation for this project stems from frustration with finding suitable servers with acceptable ping in Australia and balanced, enjoyable maps with a satisfying and challenging difficulty curve.

Here's a video of what I have currently:

Compensation:
While I'm uncertain about industry-standard rates, I am open to negotiating fair compensation for your time and contributions to this project.

If you're excited about this opportunity and want to be a part of crafting this amazing 3D FPS platformer, reach out to me through a direct message. I'm more than happy to address any questions you may have and discuss how we can collaborate to bring this project to life.

Contact:
Direct Message me to express your interest and let's create something extraordinary!

Been working on it for 3 months so far. learnt Godot 4 from scratch before the unity thing so I'm not one of those goobers.
