I see Juan posts a lot of updates about Godot on his twitter which I'm really interested in for following the engine development. Also there's the Godot engine twitter account and the godotengine.org website posting announcements as well. I see some of these have overlap in the announcements channel but twitter stuff is missing.
I personally don't use and don't want to start using twitter (am I the only one?) and since it's no longer easily viewable without an account I would love if I could see and follow along with the latest news on discord.
I understand twitter is sort of hostile to bots and I'm not sure the status of that for discord atm. Also I'm not sure what sort of curation would be needed (I'm not sure we need or should see every tweet). Maybe there are other contributors as well who we might want to hear from?
Overall there's a lot of information on twitter and having these posts come through discord would boost their visibility and be a great convenience to non-twitter users.
