We're thankful for the boosts but we don't want to be discord's ad vehicle for free. It's unethical, and sort of a racket.
Additionally, if we're going to give special treatment, it'd be too patreon donors; but even that, we do little for, because we don't believe in gating stuff. People contribute because they want to, not because they get something.
If you have disposable income, we'd much rather you spend it on Godot instead!
If you want to boost the server, that's very nice, but we'll never ask people to, and we'll never give anything in exchange (other than thanks).
