What do you expect from the developer? How "senior" is it? Godot 4 just come out and still in beta with lots of breaking changes compare to Godot 3 and there is already seniors for Godot 4 😳 ?

No necessarily senior in Godot 4, it’s just tagged with that as we’ve already migrated 🙂
This is senior in a more general term. Someone that’s been in gamedev for 3-4 or more years, has launched multiple projects, has worked in various team sizes, has worked with scrum or other methodologies, etc.
Having years of professional work experience can often reduce the amount of mentoring required in newer developers. That said, it’s not about years but about proficiency.
