Maybe you could crawl away while you're down, and or a teammate could drag you. And maybe add a slow bleeding system while down?

Honestly, the ability to slow down your bleeding without a perk would be great. And having survivors able to DRAG you away from the crowd would give much more options for revive.

Y'know, without explosives or radios.

Or ammo.

Or melee skills.

And maybe explosives could damage you while you are down

Only if any other methods are implemented.

Otherwise it removes a key tool to rescue the downer.
