I didn't know where to report this bug I just encountered, so this is my best bet. I sadly was to flustered with both my team and the bug, so the thought of photo/video came up after I backed out.
I went down in the sewers and was revived either near the ladder or under the ladder. After being revived my character was stuck in a weird down position and could move but very slowly and laggy as well as still being able to use items, but I couldn't climb a ladder and get out of the tunnel to progress so I backed out.
