Honestly I don't mind really any of the sounds in game so far, in fact I love the game! But the 2 sounds that have been giving my ears the most ache is the tinnitus effect of the infection and the super squeak the doors sometimes make when you open/close them. Please please add something to reduce the impact of those sounds for those of us with irl hearing issues please!
