I wish to add one or two items that do not require hand-held lighting equipment to reduce the restrictions of single-person dual-wielding weapons in the, some of the lighting equipment on the chests of the personnel are just decorations, which is regrettable.

I just wonder how they could balance having a normal flashlight vs having a light on their chest or head. Maybe making it an item that you loot on the map, or have it require a different type of battery as a trade-off (which you would look for on the map).
