Any POI, or even the finale at power plant that requires fuses you can soft lock them forever if you throw away the fuses in unreachable areas/hiding them them in places players cannot find.
Highly recommend changing this somehow.

I guess that's why we have way more fuses around than what we actually need, but good hint regardless.
