Nah you dont gotta delete all addons ive had your issue in the past its a classic source engine issue. You should only enable 1 map at a time and play it if youre gonna load another map unsub to it or disable it then restart your game before launching that new map. If you have multiple maps enabled youre bound to crash cause... source jank overwriting stuff. Restarting your game before starting a new map makes sure youre on clean un altered version from a map making the chances of crashing low.
This issue commonly occurs being manually subbed to rushb on the workshop. You should really let the server enable and disable your map addons for you
