Well first off this is the new system of the level
You have ( Bronze - Silver - Gold - Platinum - Diamond - Master - Elite ) Those are level names
and the 5 to 15000 hours
tells you how many hours to get the next level / XP are experience which is in $p so like if you have for example ( 100 xp ) you should get bronze I
