this would be similar to a project manager in terms of we have no way to effectivily stop alot of the scams and trolls in this server, So this may not be a bad suggestion we probably wont do something like this just because we dont have an effective way to moderate a service like this effectively.

For a position like moderator portfolios wouldnt be that great, anyone could just make up their "past experiences"
and the proccess it would take to verify they are legit wouldnt be worth all the hassle
also moderators wouldnt be under any type of Dev situation and this is a Dev server
