There are plenty of reasons why people who DO have the knowledge would not admit to it. By asking, you're asking for more than what you think you're asking.

I often answer questions related to languages or libraries I have never used, because the answers are (in a programmer kind of way) common sense.

Alternatively, it can be seen as..

Photopea is basically like photoshop it just lacks some features that personally for me make me pay for photoshop.

If you learn to do logos on photopea there is no gap in the jump to learning photoshop you would just need to familiarize yourself with the layout and added features

I wouldn't recommend getting photoshop unless you have the money to do so (it's a subscription you will never own it it's like you’re renting it) or if whatever you’re doing is worth it enough that the photoshop subscription just pays for itself
