Hello,
I have a Wand Pro subscription.
Before purchasing Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, I could see the trainer options on the game's page.
After purchasing and installing the game, all trainer options disappeared and the trainer page is now empty.
I have already restarted Wand, refreshed the library, and re-scanned the game.
Is the trainer currently disabled or is this a bug?

I'm doing good, thanks for asking! Yes, unfortunately the customizations are only available for Steam version at the moment, we do have a page for Epic games, however no customizations yet, our team adds customizations based on demand, and to show demand you can click on "Boost"

Oh, really? I bought it on Epic because it looked like it was available right from the start; if I had known, I would have bought the game on Steam instead. I went ahead and boosted it—my goal is 100, whereas my friends are aiming for 10,000-plus.
Do you happen to know if it's possible to get a refund on Epic Games without having played the game—just like on Steam?
