Problem loading mods

When I try to click “play game” for Lego Batman LOTDK it says “There was a problem loading the mods. If you didn’t close the game, your game version might not be compatible or you may have to allow Wand through your firewall or antivirus software”

I have gone through with my Claude ai to troubleshoot everything possible and nothing has fixed the message from popping up.

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Steam - No - Single - error is “failed to find reference to log string inside staticallocateobject”

I went through, the uninstall process, restarted pc and router, added the exception, then after failure disabled firewall and antivirus completely and it still gives this message

I even enabled a vpn and still nothing different

I got a notification for a message here but it disappeared almost instantly? Was it the wrong advice?

Yes I am - and I have I’m really not sure what else it could be 😆

I also just tried loading the older two mod versions just for the heck of it and still the same error

Can you please take a screenshot showing the Build ID of the game?

For checking the Build ID: Right click the game in your library > Select Properties > Updates > Build ID at the bottom

Could you also provide a full screenshot of your Wand app settings?

I don’t see the update tab in properties when I check steam, this would be related the problem no?

Please try again and make sure to follow the instructions step by step. You would see something like the screenshot below for the build ID.

We also recommend using the screen snip feature on your PC by clicking Windows Key + Shift + S or through your snipping tool.

I think I’ve made a mistake but I can’t figure out where, I will cleanse everything and start fresh. I’m so sorry for the waste of time… Thank you so much for your patience working with me through this. I will reinstall the game and wand to try again tomorrow afternoon.
