I'm trying to play Forza Horizon 6 without mods and it auto detects wemod overlay. I've closed the overlay and wand with task manager and turned off the overlay deature in settings. Forza won't run for longer than like 5 minutes before it terminates the game.

- Please make sure Wand is not one of your start up apps
- Then close the Wand app completely, even from the background (check using task manager and "End task" for Wand)
- Proceed by restarting your PC
- Launch Forza
Please note that Forza is notorious for detecting Wand so I would recommend not running Wand at all when trying to play Horizon, as you can still run into issues after you close it

I've done all that and it just reopens the overlay whenever I launch forza. I make sure to completely exit from it.

I do get a message from forza when it terminates, but it just says that it has detected wemod overlay

If the game says it is detected the Wemod overlay, it is referring to the overlay in the Xbox Game Bar
