I have using wand since few days on Black myth wukong and 3 days ago I just updated my ram speed to 6000 MT/s and enabled IPV6 on my router. Since then wand is not opening. I tried everything like uninstalled, deleted app data, Added expection in bitdefender, installing as admin while disabling bitdefender, running as admin. Nothing is working.

The game is very difficult to play and I dont trust any other trainer so I have been debugging every possible aspect to solve this issue since last 3 days. I give up now Please help me.

After installation I get message that I dont have app to open this wand link and it tries to redirect me to windows app store.

Once I launch the application nothing loads and I see it running in the task manager. Please help

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Yes I did it again and downlaoded from https://wand.com/ but still it shows up in my task manager but doesnt load

Make sure old game files are deleted completely.
Re start your device
Re-install wand

Please let me know if you have tried these steps in order

yes I clean app data and delete folder name wand and SquirrelTemp then restart then re isntall wand.

Is your anti virus active? Had you disabled it before attempting the re-install? Sometimes your AV can interfere with Wand. I would recommend giving this a shot

Yes i have attempted it several times. I have disabled the antivirus as well. Everytime I reinstall it ask to download 159 mb once its 100% complete I get a popup saying I dont have any app to open wand link(didnt git this error first time when I started using wand). Then I simply ignore it and nothing happens .Then I try to open wand as admin and still nothing opens up

Hey Naman311, there is very likely something on the OS side or with your antivirus causing the disruption. Have you run any basic scans and cleaned up your drives since?

I run an antivirus scan earlier but nothing was found.

1 month ago when I downlaoded wemod first time the antivirus was still there and was active still wemod worked well. Since I changed the ram speed and enabled IPV6 on my router this problem happened.

finally fixed it using claude code the issue was -
Root cause confirmed from logs: The Chromium GPU subprocess inside WeMod crashes instantly with ACCESS_DENIED (480+ times per minute). This is caused by VBS (Virtualization Based Security) still being active at the kernel level — it interferes with Chromium's sandbox when it tries to spawn the GPU process.
