Steam,no, single player, it crashes and says EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION,it happens whenever a mod was used

Thank you! Can you try running the game first, then press Play on the Wand app once the game has finished loading?

We tried that but when a mod was used it crashed it lasted a while longer by running the game as administrator but crashed again

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
