I wanted to use 3 day trial option, I gave my credit card details and it charged me full yearly price which is strange but let's say that's okay as a precaution. I want to continue and use pro because I like the app. The problem that on pc app it shows me that next payment will be in three days and it will charge me again and I'm worried I ll be charged double.

You were charged a preauthorization charge which just validates the card. That charge will disappear from your statement within a couple of business days.
